We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale/discontinued items. Rugs & Flooring is pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase for all items bought at our showroom. This is another way we ensure that you can shop with complete confidence. Please note that discontinued items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchange of discontinued items listed under "Sale" in our store is only possible in the case of a fault. Regular or sale-priced items can be exchanged.
We will only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged at no cost. To initiate the process, please send an email to medi@rugsandflooring.com.au.
At Rugs & Flooring, we are proud of the high quality of our products and conduct a comprehensive inspection of every rug before it is delivered to our customers. In the event that a customer causes damage to a rug post-purchase, we cannot be held accountable for the damage. Nevertheless, we do provide an exchange alternative in such instances to guarantee customer contentment.
